Classy Homes & Cabins are built with specially developed insulated panels which provide excellent thermal and acoustic qualities to all walls and floors. These panels are made from PIR (polyisocyanurate) and are fire and termite resistant. External and internal walls are a cement sheet painted your choice of colour. Windows are 6.4mm tinted laminated glass. Bedrooms and living areas are spacious and kitchens are expertly designed to provide loads of cupboards and bench space.
Our homes and cabins are designed to be placed on concrete footings and piers, and can be fitted with verandahs or decks. Footings and piers are provided at cost, or you can organise these. Your Classy Home or Cabin can be personalised through your choice of colours and fixtures.
Prices include delivery and installation within 50kms of Sydney postcode 2157, subject to site conditions.
We can also take care of Council Approvals. This service is provided at cost, as fees vary between Councils.
